We just love to love to talk about Communications Training, Public Speaking Monkeys and how to improve your communication techniques and are often invited by the media to speak on a whole range of issues.

On this occasion, we were asked to comment on the pay gap between men and women, and why women in the UK continue to earn less. As a public speaking expert, Dee's explains why she feels that women are generally not as adept at asserting themselves in the boardroom and communicating their value and asking for a pay rise or promotion.
